The entire complex, owned by BIK—a platform managed by Logicenters—consists of two facilities with a total area of approximately 23,200 square meters. The project has transformed a brownfield site into a sustainable, state-of-the-art logistics facility, equipped with a photovoltaic installation, DALI-capable LED lighting, electric car charging ports, a remote metering system, and a roof structure deflection monitoring system. The facility is
expected to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.
The project was completed efficiently within a short period, and all the necessary approvals
and permits for use have now been granted. This has enabled the completed property to be
handed over to the anchor tenant in line with the agreed schedule.

meets the high standards of a modern, sustainable logistics facility. We are now in the
process of handing over the building to our anchor tenant, who will start operations by the

BIK Park Sosnowiec III is located in the immediate vicinity of the intersection of two key
thoroughfares—the A4 motorway, which connects Rzeszów with Poland’s western border,
and the eastern bypass of Silesia, the S1 Expressway, leading through Cieszyn to southern
Europe—as well as the Jaworzno Economic Area.
