The joint venture between Logicenters, Nrep’s logistics development and management
platform, and a German family office will develop the multifunctional property by Q2/2026,
setting high standards for efficiency and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. The
Cologne-based investment and asset management company evolutiq GmbH is overseeing
the project’s execution, bringing its expertise as a project developer to the table.

this an ideal logistical location.
